• I work closely with attorneys, title companies, lenders, realtors, and private clients to ensure every document is handled accurately and professionally. Complete NOTARY SIGNING AGENT Services available for Real Estate Documents & Loan Closings, Buyer/Seller packages, Estate planning signings, Cash & refinance signings. Fees for these services are on a per appointment basis; additional travel fees may apply. *

• Acknowledgments, Affidavits & Statutory Declarations — Jurat / Administering Oaths and Affirmations
• Business & Financial Forms, Good Standing Certificates, Purchase & Sale Agreements
• Powers of Attorney, Wills & Trusts
• School Athletic Forms, Travel Consent Forms, Marriage License & other family forms
• Taking Inventory of a Safe-Deposit Box*
• Verifying a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)*
• Make and Attesting to a photocopy*
• Electronic copy “supervise the making of a copy of a tangible or an electronic record or the printing of an electronic record and attest to the trueness of the copy or of the printout” *

Other Regulated Service Fees

• Remote Online Notarization $25 Section 117.275*
• Solemnizing Marriages/Marriage Ceremony $30 (same as clerk) Section 117.045; Section 28.24*
• Witnessing Vote-by-Mail Ballot No fee allowed Section 117.05(2)(b)

* Florida’s statutory fee limits apply only to the notarial act itself. Notaries may charge additional non-notarial service fees, and separately itemized.

• Travel or Mobile Service Fees: based on your chosen location.
• After-Hours or Urgent Service Fees: service outside regular business hours
• Printing, Scanning, or Courier Fees: If clients require printing or document delivery fees are clearly explained before the service is provided.
• Technology Fees for RON: When using an online platform that charges you, you may pass that cost to the client as a separate, non-notarial line item, in addition to the $25 notarial fee.

All additional fees will be clearly disclosed and listed separately from the state-regulated notarial fees.
